2002 Earth Drawings and Water Colors

In 2002, Maryland based Margaret Boozer and Seattle based Julia Ricketts spent a day drawing, looking and collecting materials on Whidbey Island, just north of Seattle, WA.  They spent the next 6 months sending work and images, back and forth between Washington state and Maryland, creating a body of work that they eventually called “Earth Drawings and Water Colors”.  It was displayed at BAAS Gallery in Seattle.
